This geographical alignment forms the core concept of linking the campus to the regional landscape. Its establishment in Yilan has provided fertile ground for the growth of the local cultural identity movement.

Following the development pattern of traditional regional settlements, the campus was planned along a north–south axis to allow for future expansion. The environment of the Center simulates the climatic conditions of a coastal village, while its zoning reflects the full functionality of an educational park. Natural elements such as water and greenery are woven into every corner of the settlement, composing a pastoral symphony rooted in Taiwanese cultural heritage.
